I know, I know... I'm an awful blogger right now. It's been TWO weeks and shame on me. I'm getting into my groove at school and I am finally starting to enjoy my class so that well help me with time management. The other reason is that I have been overwhelmingly excited about some news I received not too long ago. I can't remember if I told you or not... but
Paper Wings and Pocketful of Poise submitted applications as well as photographs of our creations to
Chatty Crafty. Our application status: ACCEPTED. I am very appreciative of this opportunity and of course nervous about what to expect as well as the amount of time that is needed to pull off a great booth with lots of wonderful creations that are sell-worthy. So, over the next couple of months my posts will feature "sneak peaks" that you can leave feedback on and fewer tutorials. Let's be honest, I can't give away all my secrets while gettin' crafty for chatty!
For more information about Chatty Crafty. Click on the link above. The event will be held December 10 and 11th at Warehouse Row in downtown Chattanooga. Come out and support us!!
Moving on... Tonight's Tutorial features a completely original design. I stumbled upon this idea while working with scraps of fabric. I was working on a fabric flower design, but when I sewed the fabric in one long piece... the Slip and Slide headband came to life! Check out the complete tutorial
